Just as staffing in a local organization is important for continuity and success for the organization, it is equally important in the global environment.  Yet particularly challenging is to staff and manage employees who operate in multiple geographic locations simultaneously.
In this module, we consider staffing and employee management for personnel assignments different from their country of origin. Further, we explore stakeholders to assist a Global Leader in staffing the right personnel for the right jobs. Lastly, we determine if cultural assimilation is a value added strategy in personnel staffing.
