The best place to locate peer-reviewed articles is through the GCU Library. Refer to “Writing Case Studies” to help you prepare your response for the case study.
The paper is to be focused on one instance of occupational fraud.
Based on the article, compose a case study (1,500-1,800 words) detailing the following:
The facts of the article (key details).
The individuals involved.
What went wrong with the organizations system of internal controls that allowed this fraud to happen? What ethical dilemmas were involved?
How was the issue discovered? Explain.
What internal controls might have prevented or detected the fraud had they been in place? Remember to support with relevant resources.
