DeFi and Cryptofinance have carved out their own unique space in the investment world. However, as you can imagine and partially as we discussed in class, these currencies and transactions involving aspects of blockchain are very new, problematic in many regards and somewhat uncertain.
Investments form a unique space between contract law and securities law. Investment contracts are a unique form of contract in this regard. Review the following crypto contract case, look up what investment contracts are UNDER THE LAW, and analyze the case from the perspective of PURE CONTRACT law (i.e. what you learned in this course so far about the elements of contract law etc.)-
