There are four activity assignments in this course that provide practice in developing key components of successful procurement planning and management. The third activity is the preparation of a procurement communications plan.
Develop a procurement communications plan for the case study that you selected for your final project in the style of Figure 6-4 in the textbook. In your submission, identify the communications activities, state who is involved or responsible, and indicate the frequency of the communication activity. In two to three paragraphs, state the significance of a procurement communications plan for project success.
Guidelines for Submission: The communications plan should consist of one or more tables and two to three paragraphs in a one-page Microsoft Word document with double spacing, 12-point Times New Roman font, and one-inch margin
