 In this unit, we have focused on the legal and ethical guidelines that organizations face regarding diversity and inclusion. 

For this assignment, you will have the opportunity to develop legal and ethical guidelines for an organization. Envision that you are leading a training presentation on such guidelines for an organization. 

If you are currently part of an organization, you can either create these guidelines (if the company does not have such guidelines already in place) or gather information on your companys existing policy to prepare the presentation. In either case, be sure to explain why such guidelines regarding diversity and inclusion are necessary for your organization and other organizations to follow. 

If you are not currently part of an organization, you may either use the guidelines of one of your past employers or create a new set of guidelines for a hypothetical organization. 

After creating these guidelines or researching existing guidelines, you will prepare a training presentation. The training material should include information for employees at all levels of the company and should be a minimum of 16 slides (not including the cover slide and references slide) with speaker notes included for each slide. 

Your submission should also include two scholarly sources (use one scholarly source that is not found in this unit). Adhere to APA Style when creating citations and references for this assignment, APA 7th edition. APA formatting, however, is not necessary.
