A project stakeholder is any group or individual who can affect or is affected by the achievement of the projects objectives. As a project manager, the first step in the stakeholder management process is to identify all stakeholders. What strategies will you adopt in the identification process? Once stakeholders have been identified how will you categorize them so that you can manage and engage with them to achieve project success?
