Good discussion of the steps and how Lewin’s model should occur in the workplace. Sometimes the application may not always work as well as the theory might describe. Sometimes there might be additional changes, a slow down in the process, uncompleted steps, etc. Sometimes changes are successful and sometimes they are not.
