This can cause tension between the members. Reflect on a time when you experienced team tension and describe how you handled it.*- I want the essay to reflect on the engineering design project one and two that I did with my team members last year during our freshman year. The essay should include how the first working on engineering project was kind of hard working with teams but as we develop our goal and that we all had part in the project then it went well so the second engineering project was better than the first one because of the experience that was gained from project one.
