Purpose and audience:
Your purpose is to inform your readers about a member of your family in enough descriptive and illustrative detail that they feel that they know this person.
You can assume that the audience for this paper is your class. They have the same assignment, but they do vary from you in age and background.
Format:
Your paper, appropriately titled, should be between two and three typed pages, double-spaced, in a 12-point font. Include the word count at the top of the page below your name.
Your title should be centered on the first page, one line below your name, and you should begin your text one line below your title. Type your name in the upper left-hand corner and number your pages. Please use white paper, and do not use covers.
