combine Microsoft words documents using Endnote for references

I have 4 articles each with its own references. I need to combine them all in one word (It will be around 100 pages in total) document with one section for references. References need to be arranged using Endnote.

I need: 

-Table of Content.

– Illustration list

– Tables list

– References (around 450 references in total)

Attached is an example of the output I need. After the agreements, I will send the four articles.
