First step in combine Microsoft words documents using Endnote for references

I have two articles each with its own references. I need to combine them all in one Word document with one section for references. References need to be arranged using Endnote.

I need: 

-Table of Content.

– Illustration list

– Tables list

– References.

The output file in the attachment is an example of the output I need. 

In the end, you will send me one Word document with a Table of Content, Illustration list, Tables list, one section of References. +Plus+ Endnote file with all references. 

I name the file by the chapter it belong to : 

ch2_a , ch2_b , ch3, ch4_a, ch4_b. 

ch1 will be the introduction ( empty for now) ch5 will be future plan ( empty for now).

If your work is fine, I will add more articles and will have a new agreement.
