After reading chapters 7 & 8, select an example from the real world, identify the generic business strategy configurations available to strategic managers according to Porters typology. Next, examine and analyze the same example using Miles and Snows typology. How are the business strategy typologies by Porter and those by Miles and Snow similar? How are they different?
