Assignment 3: Selecting a Topic for a Research Paper, February 8-February 14, 2021
Select a topic for your paper and discuss why you are interested in writing a paper on this topic. Your assignment should be double-spaced with 1 inch margins all around using a 12 pt. font. Select a topic from those listed in the announcement section of this course. Feel free to add to your topic. You may also develop your own topic but it must be approved by February 14, 2021. Start collecting book and scholarly peer reviewed (please look up peer reviewed journal) journal articles on your chosen topic. Please do not write on the topic of “No child left Behind” unless you can directly tie it to children in the criminal justice system. Do not deviate from your chosen topic without permission.

Relate their personal ideas to a scholarly problem.
