- Select a Project Management Tool to be used for each and discuss the rationale for selection. If you use Kanban boards with Trello, provide a link to the Trello area. Different tool for each.
- Prepare a Project Charter for each:
- A detailed description of the problem or opportunity with headings such as Introduction, Business Objectives,
Problem/Opportunity Statement, Assumptions, and Constraints - A description of the preferred solution
- Main project requirements
- A summarized plan for implementation
