Add Detail in these sections:
Company overview: this section of your paper is good and does not need any changes/additions
Competitive analysis: your competitive analysis is incomplete, missing a discussion of the distribution, pricing, and marketing approaches used by both Walmart and Carrefour.
Recommendations: your recommendation section does not include at least three marketing recommendations for Walmart to best meet the companys objectives or goals. You provide only one recommendation related to marketing. I find that the first and second recommendations you provide are not related to marketing: “the company should foster the quality of its products” This does not present any detail about what Walmart should do. How should they foster?
