- Develop a customer service training implementation plan, including the method of training (for example: presentation, discussion, case study, discovery, role play, simulation, modeling, or on-the-job training).
- Justify your selected training method.
- Propose two ways of motivating an employee who has no interest in attending a training session.
- Develop a survey to collect feedback from the employees who attend the training.
- Make sure that your survey is designed as though you are providing it to participants for completion. Please include the created survey within the body of your paper.
