Each student will choose a current topic/issue in healthcare
that would impact a healthcare organization. In this paper they will discuss the
issue and topic and will identify the role of a healthcare administrator in dealing
with the issue. Articles from peer reviewed journals are to be used for the
literature review. The student must review a minimum of 6 articles for this
assignment.
The following needs to be addressed:
Overview of the topic
Data related to relevance of the problem/issue
Summary of the articles related to the issue
Summary of the recommendations made in the article to address the issue
Identify the role of the healthcare administrator in addressing this role.
