Neuropsychology is a topic that affects everyone’s life in some way. Many people don’t realize how much this topic ties into their lives until taking a class in Neuropsychology or researching the topics themselves.
For this assignment I would like you to pick the topic that we have discussed that you think is the most prominent, or will be in the future, in our American culture. You are to create a 10-15 slide PowerPoint presentation on the topic, this does not include the title and reference page. You may use a topic you already wrote an end of unit paper on.
Things to think about including:
1) Explain the topic in our society/culture as well as in terms of Neuropsychology
2) Why is this topic important?
3) Why do you feel this is the most prominent topic in our culture.
4) If this is a negative thing are there any interventions that can be put in place? If it is positive can this be made more widely known to have more people utilize it?
5) Should this be something that is conveyed to the masses? If so how?
6) Make sure you make direct connections to Neuropsych.
