FRQ: The arts have always played an integral role in the development of society
and culture. There has been, however, a disturbing trend by which the arts have
increasingly been eschewed in lieu of more practical education endeavors. A part
of the conversation has been the devolving of arts away from its original purpose
of enriching society into a more trivial pursuit of entertaining the masses. Discuss
in your essay your stance on the importance of art in education in the future. Be
