Discussion question (you may answer in apx. 225-250 words, please):

Identify one specific retail tactic from the Hoff article that primary care physicians (PCPs) may not like initially (a number are discussed in that article), and suggest one specific way, using Ryan and Deci’s ideas on motivation (see that article, pick a specific idea or two), that a health care organization or manager might be able to get PCPs to accept the given tactic better by implementing it in a way that enhances their (the PCPs) own motivation for their job (think from Ryan and Deci how motivation for professionals like doctors works).  Please focus on how you would implement one or more aspects of the given retail tactic to accomplish the above goal.  You may create a hypothetical implementation action for the tactic if it helps to answer the question asked above.  Please remember, anything suggested still has to fit under what the specific retail tactic is meant to accomplish generally in the marketplace.

There is no need to summarize any of the two articles.  Use only the knowledge from each that you need to address the question fully.  Please make sure whatever knowledge you apply is clearly stated and helps to support your answer.  Answers must reflect relevant knowledge from both of the above articles.

Us these to help you write however do not summarize what the articles say but use the knowledge gotten from the article to answer the question. Use the book called- Reframing Healthcare: A Roadmap For Creating Disruptive Change by Neuwirth MD. Read the chapter 4 and 5 to get the knowledge and use the knowledge in the essay but dont summarize the book.
