Reflective Paper and Collaborative Partnership Proposal
After completing the interview portion, you will reflect on what you have learned and write a paper that includes the elements described below. The paper should be
3-4 pages, double-spaced with 12 point font (Arial or Times-New Roman) and 1-inch margins. The page count does not include the interview questions orresponses.Include your name at the top of the first page, but do not include a title page or references page. You will reference course materials as appropriate in your paper, but do not need to include outside research sources.Elements to Include in Your Paper:An introductory paragraph that describes who you interviewed, their professional role and organization, how long they have been working in this field, and why you selected this professional to interview.A paragraph summarizing the key points from the professionals responses to the interview. What successes or challenges were mentioned; any recommendations for improving collaboration; goals for growth in this domain; suggestions for new programs or resources to benefit the community,etc.Two or three paragraphs in which you discuss the connections you identified between the interview and material that has been covered in this course. Clearly explain your reasoning for proposing the collaboration. Then provide a thorough description of:

The Reflective Paper and Proposal (Phase 3) is due on Canvas by 11:59 pm on Tuesday of Week 9(Tuesday, March 2nd).Grading: The interview portion and final paper together are worth 60 points. Papers will be graded on the degree to which they include the required information and show evidence of critical thinking. Cite course materials and use quotations appropriately.Writing style (orderliness of presentation and clarity) and grammar will be considered when evaluating your paper.
