John works for Dr. Williams, and works very hard to earn the trust of his patients. Mrs. Collins, a diabetic patient confides to John that she has been absorbing high levels of sugar, against Dr. Williamss advice, and ask John not to tell Dr. Williams. How should John handle this situation? What should he tell Mrs. Collins?
