Please note that there are 10 points in the rubric for revision alone. To earn a high score in that area, your paper must show effort. That means you must make substantial revisions in Phases 1 and 2, even if you were satisfied with your previous score. Adding a new paragraph will earn more points than adding a sentence here and there. Just changing a few words or fixing a few grammatical errors is not going to improve your previous score.
