Final Project Blog Podcast post

In this module, we will apply everything we have learned so far to explore how home purchasing works. Homes normally have much lower interest rates (as of this course development, its sitting around 3.5% for a 30 yr mortgage); however, the term is much longer than for other types of purchases, where the rates are normally higher. Here you will be able to explore how compound interest accumulates over time and learn how to calculate the total cost of financing, which may certainly be surprising.
