The Ongoing Employee Relations Project is a three-part assignment. You will be assigned parts of the project at various points during the course. Through this investigation, students will have the opportunity to see how Employee Relations is considered in the business/industry they may be interested in working in.
Part 1
For Part 1 due Module 2, select a real company around which you will frame your research (if you currently work you can use the company you work for, or select a company that you would like to work for). Research your selected organization and discover information about their employee relations and motivation techniques, and address the following elements:

The importance of diversity
Performance appraisal and conflict management
The importance and impact of training and development
Intrinsic and extrinsic motivation strategies
Performance measures and their role with the performance management system
Team building concepts
The staffing process

This assignment is worth 50 points. Your submission should be 2-3 double-spaced pages, not including title page and reference page, using APA documentation style. A minimum of 3 scholarly resources with corresponding in-text citations are required.
