As briefly discussed in 7.3 of this chapter, there is a continuing debate in the United Sates regarding the rights that should be granted to corporations and those that should be reserved for individuals. What do you see as the pros and cons to granting corporations the constitutional right to free speech as the court has done in Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission (2010)?
