For this assignment, you will watch the clips above. For two of the clips answer the following questions:
- What role do the design elements play in understanding the clip? How would you describe them, specifically costumes, lights, set, and maybe sound? (and sometimes it might be a lack of one of those elements)
- What are you getting just from the design elements? Themes, ideas, feelings? No right or wrong, but is there any understanding of the plot just by looking at bits of design and other elements?
