In this module we covered the difficult task of interviewing families and the case management of difficult situations. For those of you in the field, think of a family you have found difficulty in working with in your job duties:

3. Looking at the chapters covered in this module, what things did you specifically do that was endorsed by the literature?
4. Looking at the chapters covered in this module, what things did you notice DID NOT HELP you as it is NOT considered best practice?
5. In hindsight, what things would you have done differently with a different family, if you are in a similar situation?
** For those of you NOT working in the field, please answer this question from a difficult experience that you had to deal with in customer service and try to apply the principles learned in your reading assignments to show your understanding of the material.
