Many organizations have anonymous reporting procedures in place so that staff feel comfortable making reports. In addition, they also have non retaliation policies. However, even with these still in place staff often don’t want to report for fear of retaliation, fear of punishment, and even lack of computer skills (Carroll, 2009). What can be done to overcome these barriers?
