Explain what productivity is at your service company

Hello again:) This is Group activity in ‘Service management’ class. And in this lecture the professor wants us to make our own fiction service company and our group decided to go with ‘Food restaurant’.
Well, as you ca see what I uploaded here we actually our group went through a lot of stuffs already like
‘Our group’s Fiction service company’, ‘Customer interaction service in our group company’, ‘Develop effective strategies for managing demand and supply’, ‘Develop EFFECTIVE strategies to understand customer expectationsTeam’

So, this time the professor wants us to answer with 3 questions like below

1.Explain what productivity is at your service company (e.g. customers per day, etc
                    This is my part to do

2. Where do you believe is the bottleneck at your company? (one of my member did it)

3. Explain what you can do in order to increase your productivity. (one of my member did it)

There are 3 questions like that and I am in charge of question 1 which is ‘Explain what productivity is at your service company (e.g. customers per day, etc’ So, you can actually have a look what I uploaded with some files then you will be able to know and information about our fictional service company (food restaurant) and able to answer the question 1.

You can write around 150~200words and I also uploaded with example of other group.
