i.    Supporting Point #1: Implement a toxic leadership class (how to address toxic leadership, how to deal with it, how to correct peers) into the LCpl Seminar, Corporals Course, Sergeants Course, Career Course, and Advanced Course; including Officers PME.
ii.    Supporting Point #2: Adding on new specific task to the Inspector General Policies and stating what will be the repercussions  of the Marine if found guilty for displaying toxic leadership. (MCO 5430.1A W/ADMIN CH) IG  order. Also add a Command Climate example of a unit.
iii.    Supporting Point #3: Holding individuals accountable for failure to conform/adapt by counseling them and sending them to a remedial class, second time around have leadership give that Marine a 6105 (negative counseling sheet), third time getting that Marine administratively separated from the Marine Corps for failure to adapting.
