This essay cover three questions each question on employment law UK we must answer with regards to employment law and legal issues. This part of the essay looks at issues concerning ho is the employee and what difference that makes in terms of law. The view of the court in identifying status and some of the different types of workers today in business environment including part time and fixed times. My tutor expressed many to only use law as reference no books or sources.
We then move onto contractual issues, including the contents of employment contracts, covering express and implied terms, as well as the duties of the parties in such contracts.
More specific legal rights of individuals under employment law are covered in the later sections of this part and include those concerning pay as well as time off, the working time regulations, parental and maternity leave.
