Staffing improvement project in long-term care

Write 2 pages of the background and the goal (1 paragraph) of the project which I have the draft with 3 scholarly articles attached in references. I need to have it free of plagiarism, no worry about the grammatical structure as I can fix it easily.

Background (2 pages including 1 paragraph of goals)
The increasing geriatric population in the United States of America over 65 of age with several chronic diseases such as diabetes, cancer, and dementia alarms the healthcare organizations to assess the demand of the workers and the population living in the facilities (Ross, 2019). There are more than 46 million older adults aged 65 and older living in the U.S. today and this is expected to grow almost 90 million more. This means by 2050, the American 85years old and over population will be triple (Jaul & Barron, 2017). The is a need to assess the balance between the population growth and the demand of care workers to satisfy and avoid the shortage of healthcare workers in long-term care facilities (Thoma-Lrken et al., 2015).
Need assessment? According to U.S. Labor Statistics indicates that 11 million additional nurses are needed to fill in the nursing shortage in nursing homes (Haddad et al., 2020). The issues are complex and have been identified as the leading cause of ineffective practices and causing the unnecessary expenses. Working long hours could lead to burnout in caretakers, and it is the main contributor of the shortage. (Khamisa et al., 2013)
How did you select this? The Improvement of caregivers shortage project in long-term care facilities is selected based on the real facts of what the long-term care facilities needs. The issues are complex and have been identified as the leading cause of ineffective practices and causing the unnecessary expenses.
What will be the setting for the project? The project setting will be in Assisted Living Facility in ABC city, DE 12345.
Who will be your contact there? John Doe, the Executive Director, will be mentoring the improvement project (Appendix A: Mentor Agreement Form).
What is the perceived need for the project? The is a need to assess the balance between the population growth and the demand of care workers to satisfy and avoid the shortage of healthcare workers in long-term care facilities (Thoma-Lrken et al., 2015).
The stakeholders of the project
Identify three types of stakeholders. Every project has stakeholders who support, are not swayed either way but need to be informed, and those who believe will have a negative impact and may resist. Address all three groups.
Stakeholders group 1:
The owner, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Regional
Director, and Executive Director are the main
stakeholders who support the improvement project to
resolve the issues.
The second group of the stakeholders are the
department heads such as nursing, dietary, human resources, and
environmental who need to be informed regarding the
issues.
The third group is the ones that resist the improvement
project which can be staff, residents, and family
members (John Doe, June 8, 2021)
Explain what might help your communication and understanding of your stakeholders and your approach to each. (Remember to use a Christian servant-leadership approach to the interventions.)
Jesus showed how to be a leader. Be the servant first (Matthew 20:26)
Praying & Planning cannot be separated (Joshua 6:127). Prayers are the weapons and planning brings victory. Miracle happens when the leader pray and plan. Remember the fall of Jericho wall, involved a leader who planned and prayed prior to the action.
Vision to inform the stakeholders what need to be done within the organization because without vision the project will be blurry and the organization will go wild. (Proverbs 29:18). The Counsels help with vision (Proverbs 11:14).
The combination of praying (humility), planning, and vision are the key to a servant heart.
Goals (1 paragraph)
Caregivers shortage in long-term care facilities is expected as the geriatric population grows, and the demand of the care takers will go after the growth. The is a need of improvement project to resolve the ongoing issues and prevent them to come back again. The Improvement Project of Staffing in Long-Term Care Facility to anticipate the shortage will accomplish three main things:
1.    In four months of the project implementation of the plan the facility will experience decrease in turnover rates.
2.    In four months of the project implementation, the facility will see the improvement of staff retention rate.
3.    In four months, the overtime rate will be in minimal rate.
