Students will wear the ostomy bag from 0800 – 2000, and then write a reflection on your experience (your reflection should be a 5 – 6 sentence paragraph), please consider the following questions.
- How did you feel wearing an ostomy?
- How did it feel wearing it under your clothes?
- At any point in time did you forgot you were wearing the ostomy bag?
- When you took the adhesive off, what was the appearance of your skin?
- What did you learn from this experience?
