film? Perhaps you could compare the film to other films, before or
since.

ALSO, you may want to consider:

What affordances does the cartoon form have?
How did the use of sound, color, and blocking shape the animated film?
If applicable, what affordances did digital animation bring to narrative?

(2) A short BIOGRAPHY of the director and principle voice actor(s).
(3) PRE-PRODUCTION and PRODUCTION. How was the film developed?
(4) STYLE. Discuss the film’s major animation storytelling techniques. In this regard, what holds the film together?

MARKETING. How was this film advertised, nationally and
internationally? Perhaps you could examine the film’s varying posters —
how were they constructed to appeal to specific kinds of audiences? Was
market testing/audience research involved? Or product placement?

RECEPTION. How was the film received critically? How was it received
commercially? Did it win awards? What are its strengths and weaknesses,
according to YOU and other film critics who have reviewed it?
(7) CULTURAL IMPACT and LEGACY. Does this film hold up today? Is it still revered? If so, in what ways?
