The text on page 50 states the business practices that a firms leaders and employees view as right or wrong reflect their underlying values. It further states on page 52 to define ethical behavior in the company more specifically, the owner-manager of a small firm should formulate a code of ethics similar to that of most large corporations.
Directions:
Write a code of ethics for a small business explaining in detail how and why you believe these statements can shape and improve conduct in your organization.
