Directions:
One of the provisions of the Affordable Care Act was the expansion of Medicaid. This allowed states to include the non-elderly as part of the eligibility process, which lead to more people being covered and improved quality of care. However, not all states opted in. Has your home state opted in? I AM in MINNESOTA!!!!!!
