After reading a peers post, explain which goals were surprising/impactful in comparison to your goals.
What did you learn about your peer that will change your practice? Identify one of their goals that you would like to incorporate into your own practice and explain why? Your reply should offer new ideas or thoughtful questions that are evidence-based. Your peer post should be a minimum of 200 words.
