Purpose: The purpose of this assignment to fulfill the course objective of developing skills change agents need and the learning objective of applying these change agents skills. Students will get the chance to role play the role of a change agent who has to diplomatically communicate with the client who resisting the entire change process.
Task: Read the resistance statement and then think what would you say to ensure the matter does not escalate into a conflict and the OD project continues smoothly.
Criteria: Students will be graded on the usage of professional language and proper OD terminologies.
