Scholarly Book Review

This review must address the following points: Identify and explain the authors central thesis (i.e. the main argument)
Describe the type of evidence (i.e. the case(s) and data) used by the authors to support their thesis Identify and explain how the central thesis of this monograph is different from the explanation that others identified by Dahlstrm and Lapuente have put forward about the determinates of good quality governance. What does this alternative argument claim? Why do Dahlstrm and Lapuente believe this explanation is mistaken? What do Dahlstrm and Lapuente pay attention to (i.e. what do they emphasize) that past/alternative explanations have overlooked?  These points must be supported with reference to the reviewed academic book. No additional sources are necessary. Short quotations, not exceeding two sentences, may be used to support your claims, claims that you make, in your own words. This assignment must respect the following criteria: Include a title page with the following information: student name, student number, word count, and date submitted. Contain a bibliography Double spaced, 12 point font, Times New Roman  2.54 cm margins Maximum word count 2,250 (including bibliography). Page number (title page is not included in word count)  The book review must use proper referencing to the ideas of others (see the Writing Center and Library for information of avoiding plagiarism) and respect the APA reference style as used by the International Journal of Public Administration (for more information see their website and style guide).
