Human Factors (HF) in maintenance is cited as a major causal factor in most aviation errors or mishaps. These errors can be described as active failures that lead directly to the incident, and latent failures whose presence provokes the active failure.

As a Safety Manager for aircraft maintenance, you are to establish a sustainable HF program and methods that enhance positive safety culture. This culture should:
