Base off on the topic.. find 4 peer reviewed journal articles in that topic. Come up with a suitable subtopic. Areas to look for.. stress management in the hospital for nursing assistant. In those four articles find the gap/ issue.. Conduct now a new research on the gap. Paper must written like you are conducting a new research. Now conduct a methodologies and summary. Section 1. Participants/ Instruments/ Procedure. Section 2. Come up with 2 research questions. List and define your independent and dependent variables; in other words, indicate what your independent and dependent variables are and level or category of each. For each independent variables, indicate if it is : experimental or quasi- experimental. Provide 2 hypothesis (es) prediction. Section 3 . Summary the four articles include what they use to test they variables. Also , you can use the same instruments they use for the new research. The new research write it as like it was done in a hospital setting.
