Distinguish between reactive maintenance, preventative maintenance and productive maintenance.
Activity B
Visit Wisynco Group, (manufacturing company) maintenance department. Identify and discuss which one is in practice: Reactive Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance or Productive Maintenance
Activity C
With respect to the organization identified (Wisynco Group), carry out an analysis of at least three (3) pieces of machines/equipment utilization (show calculations for utilization and efficiency). Find out the significant causes of reduction of equipment utilization if there is any.
Activity D
Comment on management of the maintenance department at Wisynco Group, and list the equipment with sporadic defect and chronic defect.

Autonomous maintenance requires a change of attitude in the employees. Discuss your findings in regards to whether the autonomous maintenance is being practiced at Wisynco Group.

Develop an autonomous maintenance programme for Wisynco Group to address the company challenges. How is it different from that of productive maintenance?
