As part of your Strategic Management Case Project, you are required to write a reflection paper on what you “would have done differently” after receiving peer feedback.  In order to facilitate that peer feedback, I have created this assignment (worth 10pts) that you will need to complete once the main papers have been submitted and I have assigned groups.  

Directions: 

  • Use the following questions as a guide to provide feedback on the work from the other 2 members in your assigned group (I will assign). Meaning, you will have two sets of feedback that you will be giving and then two sets of feedback that you will receiving.
  • Each feedback paper should be no more than 500 words and should be have short, concise sentences or even a bulleted list is acceptable if the observations and recommendations are clear.

PEER FEEDBACK AREAS:  These are questions and thought starters for your feedback.  Focus on 2-3 areas where you have a recommended change or improvement, or where something wasn’t quite clear.  

  1. Were the strategy elements and business model clear and comprehensive. Why or why not.
  2. Did the situation analysis provide insights about the competitive situation, business performance, financial strength, etc. and did it help identify the issues and opportunities? Why or why not?
  3. Were the recommended actions tied to strategic issues that were clearly identified? Why or why not?
  • Submit your feedback papers to each of your team members via the email thread or any other mechanism you work out.
  • Upload a consolidated paper with both of the feedbacks you have completed in a single document for grading purposes.
