In order to prepare for the behavioral questions asked in your next interview, write three short PAR stories from your own professional experience (you can also use your experience in volunteering, research, classwork, extracurricular activities or community work). Each PAR story should address one specific skill or quality about yourself or your experience that you would like to highlight.
Follow the guidelines in Ch 7 on how to write a PAR story (see page 123) and label each section of the story. KEEP THESE STORIES SHORT, as being concise and avoiding rambling is of great importance in an interview.
