Leadership verses management
Leadership is a person’s capacity to influence others, lead them, and inspire them to work toward a common goal.
Everyone has an interest in leadership. A leader’s decisions, for example, are made on behalf of the whole group or community, and they may even be made for the entire nation, so it is everyone’s business.
