You will prepare a paper in APA format (no less than 5 pages) on one of the following topics:
- Future Trends in Human Resource Information Systems
- The Use of Artificial Intelligence in HRIS, especially in recruitment, selection, and performance management
- Strategy to Seek and Sustain Buy-In and Support for an HRIS System to include overcoming the resistance to change for both employees and managers
- Implementation Strategy for an HRIS system
