Total number of problems identified: at least 15 logs should be identified – each log below 15 will lead to a deduction of 5%;
on the attachment it is says 3 problems per week. for the five weeks its in total 15 problems…I have attach everything, how its to be done, how to write, and there is an example for that how all should be done.
