In this assignment, you will analyze the effectiveness of the strategy to prevent or manage the Hurricane Katrina natural disaster. Though Katrina occurred almost 15 years ago, it remains important to the Incident Command System (ICS) because of its enormous impact on people (displacement and death toll) and property.

- Summarize what went wrong and what went well at the local, state, and federal levels.
- Explain the lessons learned from Hurricane Katrina about the ICS structure and natural disasters.
