IS 372 Project Part 1
Identify and research an IT project (Ex. Deutsche Bahn CIO on track to decentralize IT from WSJ) and outline and document the following:
- Scope Management
- Requirements
- WBS
- How are they managing/controlling scope?
- Any other information you can collect
- Schedule Management
- Are there any Gantt charts?
- Project plans
- Any type of schedule
- Cost Management
- Why are types of costs included?
- How are they controlling costs?
- Is there a budget and cost schedule?
- Are there any ROI calculations?
- Quality Management
- Is there a quality management plan?
- How are defining quality?
- Resource Management
- What type of resources are in the plan? (Internal, external).
- Is there a team charter?
The document should be between 1-2 pages long. I am more concerned with the content than the length of the document.
